The Cave Vidgelmir appreciates your business and trust. We are an Icelandic, family run based company, creating amazing travel memories for travellers . Please read this Privacy Policy, providing consent to both documents in order to have permission to use our services.
Booking Conditions.
The Cave reserves the right to cancel, alter or change any and all tours and bookings due to weather and/ or safety reasons. To uphold the highest possible standards of safety, trips can be changed or cancelled for a variety of reasons. This includes but is not limited to weather, road conditions and seismic activity.
NOTE: A tour is not confirmed unless payment has been made and a confirmation email received.
We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
Cancellation and Refunds.
Weather and unforeseen events, such as earthquakes, may hinder departure of tours. In this case participants are entitled to a full refund.
Participant cancellation policy:
1. Tours cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice are fully refunded.
2. Tours cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are not refunded.
3. No show – no refund. It may be possible to attend another departure time, however this cannot be guaranteed
NOTE: All cancellations should be done via e-mail by the booking holder. Refunds can only be transferred to the same credit card as used for booking the tour. This process can take up to 7 business days.
Alcohol and Drugs:
The Cave reserves the right to refuse, cancel and/or stop any tour if participants or party are visibly or strongly suspected of being intoxicated.
In this case no refunds are available.
Privacy Policy.
The Cave reserves the right to use data collected from your visit to our site for marketing. Personal privacy guidelines set by google are followed to ensure your personal privacy.
Since The Cave Vidgelmir is a private property it is forbidden to take any 360° photos inside the cave and post online for anyone to see.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
